Town Welcomes Super Walmart

Small NC town changes zoning ordinance to accomodate Walmart.
While other communities across the country are turning down or restricting new "big box" stores, one small town is opening its arms to such development. Mocksville, NC has gone so far as to adopt changes to it's zoning ordinance suggested by the developers of a Walmart supercenter.
