Involvement with Community Groups Discouraged

Denver tells developers to avoid agreements with community groups.

"The city and county of Denver has told real estate developers it doesn't want them entering into private agreements with community groups."

"This position may let developers off the hook in dealing with interest groups, but it also may come as a blow to neighborhood and other organizations accustomed to dealing directly with those in charge of building projects that affect them."
