Companies Design Health-Focused Buildings

Giant corporations are trying to create workspaces that encourage - or require - employees to get more exercise.
The new Sprint Telecom 'campus' in suburban Kansas was specifically designed to subtly force workers into being more active. By shifting the focus of his plan away from pure convenience towards health, architect Phil Dordai has created a win-win situation: employees shed pounds while the company saves on health care costs.
