What happens to the original downtown after a Cleveland developer builds a New Urbanism-inspired suburban downtown?
"So what happens when a local developer builds a new downtown from scratch in the bland ooze of suburbia? Will it make it harder for the region's original downtown in Cleveland to survive?...It's the most extensive example in Northeast Ohio of New Urbanism, an au courant style of planning that, despite its name, is aimed at reviving the traditional arts of city-making."
