Richmond VA malls joins other malls in setting curfew for teens.
"Many merchants at Southpark mall say the curfew policy set to go into effect Friday could mean more business than usual, while others appear skeptical...The new policy, announced on May 7, requires mall visitors under 18 to be accompanied by a parent or guardian while in the mall after 6 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. The change came in response to an increasing number of fights and incidents of disorderly conduct involving teenagers."
