Not enough sellers, not enough homes, what's a prospective homebuyer to do?
It's a seller's market in the Orange County home market. Wary homeowners, nervous about what their money will buy in the rising-price market, are becoming increasingly slow to sell, leaving buyers to fight it out over the too few homes available.
