Growing Hispanic Demographic Mean Business For Main Street

Two Spanish-language television stations are looking for offices on Main Street in Salt Lake City
While many businesses are leaving or avoiding Salt Lake City's Main Street, two Latino television stations are actively looking for offices there. Other cities in the area courted Univision and Telefutura, but they came directly to the city's Redevelopment Agency. The stations hope to gain additional exposure, sponsor downtown events for the Latino community, and integrate Spanish-language media with the rest of the state's media.
