InformationWeek Stock Index reports that the new hot trend is a focusing on a decidedly real estate issue -- which companies own office property in LA, SF and Seattle?
Office space in major urban areas is the number 2 concern after human resources for technology firms. The competition is so tough that startups have to offer stock to landlords to get priority on new leases. Companies that control office properties in major urban areas like West Los Angeles, downtown LA, San Francisco, Seattle and Silicon Valley will be the real winners in the stock market.
