Former EPA chief Christie Todd Whitman defends Bush administration's environmental record.
"Former Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Christie Todd Whitman, whose tenure was reported to have been "pitted by tensions" in the Bush administration, came here yesterday to launch an effort to polish the environmental credentials of the president."
