The Wharton Business School publishes a report on the world's top locations for outsourcing and why.
A new report ranks various offshore locations for back-office work. India emerges on top "by a wide margin" among the 25 countries in Kearney's Offshore Location Attractiveness Index: "Last year's rankings had India leading a group of 11 countries: Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Philippines, Hungary, Ireland, Czech Republic, Australia, Russia and at the very end of that list, China. This year's rankings are in the following order: India, China, Malaysia, Czech Republic, Singapore, Philippines, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Poland, Hungary, and New Zealand."
