Wal-Mart Rejected By Oregon Land Use Board

State land use board denied an appeal by Wal-Mart and upheald a city's zoning decision.
"City officials said the store could not be made compatible with the surrounding residential neighborhood. It also didn't fit the city's vision for a neighborhood near the MAX light-rail line and would create too much traffic, city councilors said."
