Design teams come up with 22 ways to redo the Seattle waterfront without the viaduct.

"With imagination the only constraint, nearly two dozen teams held captive for two days in February have created their vision for a downtown Seattle waterfront without the viaduct."..."The 22 designs for Seattle's waterfront without the Alaskan Way Viaduct will be on display from 5:30 to 9 p.m. tomorrow [4/7/04] at the Bell Harbor International Conference Center at Pier 66."
