Suburbs Unkind To Seniors Without Cars

Is living in the city a better option for seniors?
"Why don't our planners study what's happening in the suburbs? Who says malls are good for all? Why do some people have to move into retirement homes, just because they don't have cars? And why, at the end of a lifetime of hard work, must Irene and her friends rely on the brilliant charity of others in order to go for groceries?"
