KY Senate Approves Higher Tax On Blight

New law allows higher taxes on unsightly properties.
The Kentucky Senate passed a law that would allow Kentucky's cities to tax owners of abandoned properties at a higher rate, aiming to make property owners "either fix up unsightly properties or sell them."
