Integrating Transport Into Regional Land Use And Economic Strategies
British study assesses the extent to which multiple tiers of government and diverse regional policy goals can be harmonized.
The aim of this study is to assess the extent to which transport policy goals can be integrated into regional spatial and economic strategies. The study was performed by identifying and interviewing key players within the regional policy and strategy milieu. The interviews focussed on the implications of the degree of integration, barriers to better integration, and ways to enhance the integration process.
