Golden Gate's New Electronic Toll System

The new system promises to speed up traffic by automatically deducting tolls from prepaid accounts. Now if only people would use the system...
The new automated electronic toll system automatically deducts tolls from a prepaid account by scanning transponders on the windshields of users cars. 5,500 drivers have already signed up. However, on the first official day for the system, traffic was backed up over the Waldo Grade and into Sausalito as confusion reigned and workers passed out flyers about the system to drivers sitting in traffic.
