Nashville civic leaders seek to create a 'cultural cluster' through quality mixed-use infill projects.

"Nashville civic leaders helping to fuel the redevelopment of downtown’s SoBro say they want a vibrant 'cultural cluster' that ties present attractions to future projects, including the Schermerhorn Symphony Center."
