Anti-Sprawl Expert Hired To Stop Development

The grassroots group hires an "anti-sprawl superhero" to fight big-box development.
Hopkinton First has recruited Al Norman, founder of Sprawl-Busters, to help it block the proposed rezoning of the largely untouched land surrounding exit 1 in Hopkinton, RI. His work has included studying the plan, the town's zoning laws and an independent consultant's report.
