A Global Water Shortage?

Is the balance between development and our environment so uneven that we are on the verge of a global water crisis?

Unseen and unreported, teams of specialists are working on controversial projects to replumb the planet and avert the deepening of a catastrophe that is already claiming the life of one child every 15 seconds."
