Facing an affordable housing crisis, a Lake Tahoe businessman has built a tent city for his college-age employees.
Lake Tahoe area resorts depend on seasonal employees who are experiencing difficulties in finding affordable housing in the area. A Lake Tahoe businessman has built a tent city for his college-age employees. The county is experimenting with the arrangement as a potential short-term solution to the housing problem.
