New Housing Project May Breath Life Into Derelict Area

New housing project is the first sign that Toronto may once again have a future.
It came to town last week in the form of the West Don Lands Precinct Plan. That doesn't sound particularly exciting, but in fact it and other schemes prepared for the Toronto Waterfront Regeneration Corp. map out a vision for the city that would transform our long neglected docklands into a fully urban district where thousands of people live, work and play.
