A survey by California's Seismic Safety Commission found165 buildings in the North County area of San Diego County don't meet earthquake safety guidelines.
A survey by California's Seismic Safety Commission has found165 buildings -- mostly in the downtown areas of North County cities in San Diego County -- do not meet earthquake safety guidelines.These building are mostly aging brick buildings in the cities of Carlsbad, Escondido, Encinitas, Fallbrook, Oceanside, Rainbow, Ramona, Solana Beach and Vista.
