E-Government: The Next Big Thing In Tech

Federal government contracting is "the last frontier in the technology sector," and New Orleans may finally emerge as a technology center.
Economic development efforts around the nation focus on a handful of nascent industries like biotechnology or nanotechnology. Low-tech New Orleans is taking a different approach, looking instead to process millions of transactions for the federal government.
