Providence Suburb Creates 'Visioning Book'

A 'visioning book' illustrates the town's wish list its future appearance.
"It's considered the second phase of the town's growth management plan that started in the summer of 2002 after the Town Council passed its first growth management ordinance. 'It will articulate the best design for Cumberland now and in the future,' said Planning Director Katia Balassiano of the book, which will be presented to the council Jan. 21 for its approval."
