The Challenge Of Creating A World Class City

To avoid losing the talent base that is driving the nation's current economic success, India needs to create world class urban centers.
With a hot economy and an endless pool of young and highly educated professionals, India is at a cross roads. Many of the country's top professionals are moving to cities in the United States, Europe, and other parts of Asia, places with amenities that India can't match. Easily corruptable bureacrats are stifling the creation of the next Hong Kong or Singapore.
