Quality Design Transforming Toronto Condo Market

Condo purchasers are becoming increasingly savvy about architecture and urban design.
While Toronto has seen phenomenal growth in condominium construction in recent years, the majority of the projects have not been known for the quality of their architecture. With seemingly indifferent buyers, it is not surprising that developers have been unwilling to spend their budgets on high quality design and materials. However, this may be changing with recent indications that buyers' tastes are maturing. Architects Peter Clewes and New York-based Robert Stern are among those who are designing buildings in Toronto to meet this growing demand.
