Strategic Plan For Downtown Buffalo Released

The plan is called 'The Queen City Hub: A Regional Action Plan for Downtown Buffalo.'
Buffalo Mayor Anthony Masiello released a new strategic plan for Downtown Buffalo. The plan focuses on residential development as one of the major tools to redevelop downtown. The plan also provides guidance for eight other action areas: " 'We are not starting from scratch and we are not starting over,' Masiello said."
