A plant that turns sewage into drinking water is Singapore's latest tourist attraction.

"Singapore is promoting a factory that turns sewage into drinking water as its latest tourist attraction...Singapore decided to develop processed sewage, dubbed NEWater, after querying the prices it was paying neighbouring Malaysia for its water."

All of that only scratches the surface of what's wrong with this study. The idea that complex urban development patterns and human behavior can be meaningfully studied according to one primary criteria — density — is wrong from the start.
