LA CRA Expanding Influence
4 July 2000 - 7:30am
Despite the recent loss of the huge San Fernando Valley redevelopment area, the Los Angeles Community Redevelopment Agency is quietly expanding its influence.

The proposals are contained in the agency's 2000-01- budget plan, which will be considered by the LA City Council in July. The LA Business Journal discusses the planned expansions in detail.
