'Counterfeit' Housing In New Jersey

A commission investigates reports of widespread problems in home construction and inspections in New Jersey.
"Home buyers told an investigative panel yesterday that the dream of owning a home in New Jersey was too often turning into a nightmare because of shoddy, unsafe construction, and a broken and sometimes corrupt inspection and regulatory system.
