TRPA Lifts Tahoe Construction Ban

Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA) has lifted a limited ban on condominium construction in the Tahoe Basin.
Satisfied that Tahoe counties have progressed in pursuing affordable housing construction,the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA) has lifted a limited ban on condominium construction in the Tahoe Basin.The aim of the ban was to encourage affordable housing instead of costly condominiums.Builders and businesses had urged TRPA to lift the ban.
