U.S. Metro Air Quality Not Improving

EPA reports that despite nationwide efforts there have been no overall air quality gains in the last decade.
Ozone levels have not gone down over the last decade despite national efforts to improve air quality. Americans are driving more miles and driving more SUVs, pickups and vans that have higher emissions.
