Long Beach Approves $100 Million Project

Long Beach City Council approved the $100 Million Queensway Bay Project which includesa waterfront entertainment, dining and retail complex.
The City Council approved a $100 Million Queensway Bay Project in Long Beach, California. The projectincludes a waterfront entertainment, dining and retail complex. The council voted 7-2 to sell $43 million in bonds to support the project. Potential clients include Edwards Theatres which planson opening a 15-screen cinemaplex and an IMAX theatre.
