Recommendations For Land Use Decision Making

Report identifies systemic weaknesses in land use decision making and offers a series of recommendations.
The Bureau of Governmental Research "found that land use decision making suffers from systemic weaknesses and an ad hoc approach. The result is widespread discontent, with the frustration of those focused on economic development matched by the frustration of residents who feel deprived of meaningful participation in the future of their neighborhoods."
