Chattanooga rediscovers the river.
"When Chattanooga first turned back to the Tennessee River, it was a glorious encounter. The waterfront became the citys front yard, drawing people to the Tennessee Aquarium, to the walking bridge at Walnut Street, to a raft of new restaurants, shops and entertainment venues downtown, and to Coolidge Park and Frazier Avenue on the north shore."
