Airport to Increase Parking Rates

San Jose International Airport is considering increasing parking rates to encourage passengers to use alternativemeans of transportation to the airport.
San Jose International Airport says that business travelerstake up short-term parking spots instead of parking in long-term because it is closer to the terminal causing problems for regular travelers. The airport plans to increase parking rates to encourage passengers to use long-term parking and the airport shuttle. Businesstravelers complain that aiport shuttles take too longand that the price increase is unfair.
