More than 4,500 residents submitted a petition to limitrapid development in Brea, California.
Over 4500 residents of Brea, in Orange County, submitteda petition to limit rapid development on 5000 acres ofhillsides northeast of the city. According to thepetition evelopers wouldbe required to comply with environmental impact thresholds on traffic, water quality, and biologicalresources. These thresholds are to be set by the CityCouncil.
