Java-based GIS Data Viewer Released

ESRI has released a Java-based version of its ArcExplorer GIS data viewer software.
ArcExplorer is a lightweight data explorer that can be used to query and browseGIS data. ArcExplorer 3Java Edition extends its utility by offering cross-platformsupport for both Windows and UNIX operating systems. ArcExplorer is free andcan be downloaded from the ESRI website.
