Success Of Phoenix Transit Plan Up To New Mayor

Arizona cities get ready to vote on specifics of a regional transit plan, whose implementation will be overseen by the new Phoenix mayor.
"Both Randy Pullen and Phil Gordon said Valley cities need to work together as they craft a plan to carve up an expected $8 billion in transportation projects. That could be good news for West Valley cities that want a southwestern freeway parallel to Interstate 10 and to East Valley communities seeking an assortment of transit improvements."
