Lockyer Supports Rezoning Lawsuit

State Attorney General Bill Lockyer supports environmental groups suing San Diego County for rezoning plans.
The San Diego County is being sued by several environmental groups including the San Diego Audubon Society and the Sierra Club for its plans to rezone 191,000 acres of agricultural and open lands. The environmental groups argue that environmental impacts have not been adequately reviewed.The State Attorney General Bill Lockyer has now come out in support of this lawsuit.
