Trouble ahead for the initiative that would have consolidated 3 regional transportation agencies.
"A statewide initiative that would have consolidated three regional transportation agencies under one independently elected board apparently has died."... "The initiative would have merged Sound Transit, the Puget Sound Regional Council and the Regional Transportation Investment District under a seven-person Regional Transportation Accountability Board."
