California State Parks Department Looks To Urban Centers

In the May 2003 TPR, City Project Director and member of the Cornfield Advisory Committee, Robert Garcia, accused the California State Parks Department of backing out of a proposal to build soccer fields and other recreational facilities in the Cornfield.
