Car Sharing Aims To Transform Urban Transportation

Car sharing companies hope to entice city residents to abandon their cars and rent by the hour - changing the dynamics of urban transportation in the process.
Two new companies, Flexcar and Zipcar, are taking car sharing mainstream. They say they'll save drivers money, improve the environment, and dramatically decrease the need for parking spaces in cities across the country. But is it true?
