Fiserv CSW has compiled a list of the 10 zip codes, in each of the 8 largest metro regions in the country, with "the biggest median 5-year price increases -- and their prospects for the coming year." According to the article, among the eight metro areas, Los Angeles "is expected to see the strongest level of housing appreciation over the next 12 months. Prices are expected to increase 11.9 percent."
