Metro's board considering modifications to its 2025 mass-transit plan
As Houston's first light rail line nears its 2004 completion date, additional routes and other long-term decisions are generating discussion. "Four new lines are being pushed by various business districts, neighborhood groups, ethnic associations and residents."
