Urban Living In San Marcos

New housing types inspired by New Urbanism comes to San Marcos, CA.
"This city is getting into urban living. The city Planning Commission has approved two projects that will bring new types of housing to San Marcos. Both would feature condominiums that have space for a business and a residence in one unit. Such housing is common in many older cities and is being brought back in new developments as part of a concept known as 'new urbanism.'"
