•Analyze local zoning ordinances and interface with city/county planners toward making zoning/design recommendations on individual wireless facilities.
•Reviews zoning drawings prior to submittal for compliance with public agencies and client requirements
•Prepare land use entitlement applications, including all city submittal requirements.
•Present application to zoning boards, planning commissions, city councils, and county boards of supervisors as needed.
•Completes Zoning Ordinance Reviews
•A 4-year degree, preferably in Urban Planning
•Previous work experience at a local jurisdiction is preferred but not required. Ideal candidates would have processed wireless land use applications while working at a city or county (e.g. "the other side of the counter")
•Ability to provide quality audits for project and site specific documentation
•Ability to read and comprehend legal documents such as legal descriptions, surveys, architecture drawings, zoning codes, specific plans, etc.
•Salary - $45,000 - $55,000 annually
