The ideal candidate evaluates, selects and applies advanced design and coordination of the design process, including research, analysis, programming, preparation of design documents, presentation materials, reports and participation in public processes and presentations within an established budget, schedule, site and programmatic requirements on projects which may be multiple, large or complex in scope.
Essential Job Requirements:
Professional Degree in Urban Design, Planning, Architecture, or Landscape Architecture
Comprehensive understanding of urban design principles and theory associated with project design and execution. Strong Capabilities in GIS, CAD, 3D computer modeling (Rhino, 3D Max Sketch-Up) and graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite)
Working knowledge of Ecotect and Revit knowledge is preferred.
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Experience in working on international projects is a plus
Collaborative and professional work ethic
LEED AP or within 6 months of hire
AICP Certification desirable
