RFP: Riverfront Development for the City of Waco, Texas

The City of Waco is seeking proposals for lease of various properties located on the Brazos River for the development of a carefully integrated mix of commercial, retail and residential uses with public open spaces that will serve as a catalyst for riverfront development as recommended by the Plan for Greater Downtown. A pre-proposal conference for this project will be held on March 20, 2013 at 2:30 P.M. (CST) at the City of Waco Operations Center located at 1415 N. 4^th St, inWaco,Texas.

To be considered for this project, submitters must meet the qualifications and satisfy the requirements set forth in the RFP. If you are interested in being considered, please submit your sealed proposal by 2:00 p.m. (CST) on June 12, 2013, to the Purchasing Services Department. Address listed in RFP.
