CommunityViz Webinar Series

TECH-250 is just one of a series of webinars that teach how to use CommunityViz in planning. TECH-260: CommunityViz Suitability teaches you how to use COmmunityViz to identify the best locations for various activities. The Suitability Wizard guides the user in measuring that layer’s proximity (or overlap) with each potential site and weighing the importance of that factor to create a score. ArcGIS symbolization illustrates the score by ramping the colors from best to worst. Whether you wish to avoid hazards, calculate walkability, phase infrastructure or protect natural resources, Suitability offers a simpler way to integrate GIS into your spatial analysis.
